I am always grateful for someone ahead of me who confidently points in the right direction and says, “I know the way, follow me!”

Imagine being in an unfamiliar place, feeling unsure and anxious. If a trustworthy person met you in that place with those words, would you not breathe a huge sigh of relief, break into a friendly smile with a heartfelt “thank you!!” and eagerly follow?

Life in this world is often strange and unfamiliar, uncharted territory that can make the best of us anxious and unsure. When we step from this life into eternity, we enter a realm we can’t begin to imagine. More than ever, we need Someone to show us the way. And He does!!!

I pray today’s breakfast “psalm” will help all of us breathe a huge sigh of relief with a grateful heart and simply follow JESUS!
