the Voice we trust

Quiet places are my favorite – like the secluded corner in a beautiful garden pictured below.  But right now, our world feels very loud.  Voices clamoring.  Opinions tossed about.  Who can we trust?  What should be believe?  

These verses from Daily Light and our One Year Bible remind me to tuck away where I can hear and discern the One Voice I know I can trust – always.  And ask the one question that matters most: “What does GOD say?”

I pray you will be encouraged by today’s breakfast “psalm” . . . 

𝘉𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘥, 𝘥𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵, 

𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘴, 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘎𝘖𝘋.

𝘏𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘢𝘳, 𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘩𝘪𝘮 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵 𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘴.  

𝘛𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴; 𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥.⁣

⁣𝘐 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘖𝘙𝘋 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯…. 

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘸𝘴 

𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘸𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴.  

𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘵 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘴 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵.  

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘥𝘰? … 

𝘉𝘜𝘛, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘖𝘙𝘋 𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘏𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘺 𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦; 

𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘖𝘙𝘋 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘯.  

𝘏𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘺. …
