celebrate LIFE!

For our Held and Beloved online study friends, here is a little more of the story from CHAPTER ONE . . .

For my Mom and Dad, that brush with a life-threatening condition in their baby girl (a rare and dangerous blood vessel tumor) caused them to treasure and celebrate life!

Rather than wait for a first birthday they weren’t always sure would come, they rejoiced with a cake and candles to commemorate each month of my young life!

A deep stare down the dark valley of the shadow of death can change us forever . . . but mostly it reminds us of the One who breathes life into us from our very first moment, the One who created us, the One who is able to do wondrous and odds-defying miracles in our physical bodies!

Our GOD is the One who can break through our concept of what is “possible” within the confines of human understanding and physical science to show us again and again that He alone is our Creator and Sustainer!

He is also the One who breathes eternal life into our souls! For GOD loved us so much that He sent His own beloved Son to be our Savior, so that whosoever believes on Him will have everlasting life! (John 3:16)
