This morning, we begin a new class year in Bible Study Fellowship (BSF). With the LORD’s help, I look forward to partnering with other group leaders as we walk beside class members in south New England who will be studying the gospel of John with us!

We will journey together through the eye-witness accounts recorded by the beloved disciple. We long to know the Lord Jesus in the intimate way that John did, to see our confidence in GOD, the Father, and in JESUS, His Son, grow as a result.

It is hard to fully anticipate the ways in which we will encounter the LORD through His written word this year – – what will be hard to read or receive, or what will be music to our ears and balm to our hearts?

One thing we know without question – – our hunger to know JESUS will honor Him and it will be His delight to meet us on our journey, to reveal His heart to us. Digging deep into Bible study will always be richly rewarded with deeper understanding, inexplicable peace, and transforming power.

GOD’s own Spirit will guide our learning and nurture our growth as Christ-followers!
